Job description:

My client is a European Manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). With a UK site in the North of England, they sell through a network of independent and national safety equipment distributors. To help continue their growth in the UK market, they are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Director to manage an internal sale and marketing team and four external Area Sales Managers.

The Role:

Reporting in to the European General Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for the UK operation and be responsible for implementing the future sales and operational strategy. With the support of the four Areas Sales Manager's, the focus of the sales strategy is to increase demand for the PPE product lines at end users to help drive sales through the distribution partners.

Who we are looking for?

It is essential that you have PPE manufacturer sales experience selling through safety equipment distribution. You will be currently operating at National Sales Manager / Sales Director level and live within commutable distance of the North of England.

POA:

Basic Salary £60000 - £70000 + 30% Commission + Senior Benefits Package.
