Job description:

My client is a European manufacturer of a full range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Products include Head Protection, Hand Protection, Safety Footwear and Workwear. To enhance sales with existing distribution partners, they are looking for a Northern and also a Midlands Territory Sales Executive to join their team.

The Role:

With an established reputation for the quality and practicality of their product range, they are looking to implement significant sales growth with national and independent safety equipment distributors. The successful applicants will be tasked to work very closely with their designated distributors to advise on new product ranges, pricing and promotions. The position will also require proactive sales with end users to generate demand for the products to help back sell sales through to designated distribution accounts on the territory. You will also provide support on joint end user visits with distribution sales managers.

The Person:

It is desirable if you have workwear, PPE, Hygiene or Janitorial manufacturer / wholesaler experience selling in to distribution. We can also consider applicants from a safety equipment distributor who are looking to move in to a manufacturer sales position. Candidates applying from a safety equipment distribution background must be able to demonstrate that they have experience managing a large territory area.

Importantly, we are looking for individuals who are looking to take the next step in their career and have the personality to fit with the culture and virtues of a relatively small sales team that is driven to achieve results.

POA:

Basic salary: £28000 - £32000 + Commission incentive
