Job description:

My Client is a European Manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They sell in the UK through a network of safety equipment distributors and currently have two Area Sales Manager’s who support existing accounts in the North and South of England. To help continue their expansion in to the UK market, they are looking to recruit a UK Country Manager.

The Role:

Reporting in to the European Sales Director, you will have full P&L responsibility for the UK operation and be responsible for implementing the future sales and operational strategy. With the support of the two Areas Sales Manager's, The focus of the sales strategy is to increase demand for the PPE product lines at end users to help drive sales through the distribution partners.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an individual who has relevant PPE manufacturer experience selling through safety equipment distribution accounts. You will be currently operating at a senior business development / senior account manager position and be looking to take the next step in your career.  You will be able to demonstrate that you have the aptitude to step up to a man-management position and have the character to lead from the front.
