Export Sales Manager – Eastern Europe, Middle East & North Africa

70% UK Based / 30% Travelling

My Client is a leading UK manufacturer of disposable workwear and hygiene solutions.  Servicing end users within the HORECA, process manufacturing and healthcare markets, they supply through an extensive network of UK and International distributors covering over 70 countries. As they look to further extend sales within Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa region, they are now looking to recruit a UK Midlands based Export Sales Manager.

THE ROLE:

The requirement of the Export Sales Manager is to help grow existing distribution sales and identify new partners.

Working closely with existing distributors, you will research and exploit new end-user opportunities, advice on new hygiene product lines and look to further develop the brand throughout the region.

New business partners will be identified through researching and exploiting market trends and opportunities with end users. Assigning new distributors observing the industry sectors they serve.

The position will require extensive customer visits to the region throughout the year to help ensure the achievement of the regions objectives, splitting your time 70% at the Head Office in the Midlands and 30% travelling to the region.

THE PERSON:

We are ideally looking for individuals who have relevant workwear, PPE, hygiene or janitorial manufacturer experience. We can also consider candidates from related sectors, for example gas detection, defence equipment and medical equipment.  It is essential that you have sales experience selling through distribution in the Middle East and you must also live within commutable distance of the Midlands and be available for regular travel.

POA:

Basic salary: £35000 - £40000

Commission Incentive: 15% bonus on achievement of target (Split over quarterly payments)

Fully expense company car, contribution pension scheme and private healthcare.
